He has worked with various industries including insurance, pharma, and energy in positions such as Head of Operational Risk, Data Protection Officer (DPO) or Information Security Officer. Thomas tailors his approach to risk management to meet the unique needs of each client, helping to bring clarity in complex environments and embedding achievement into the corporate culture.

With her extensive experience in the social sector and in the psychology field, Sophie has developed deep communication skills allowing her to understand and address the specific needs of each client.
